At our Non-Profit Organisation based in Katlehong, specifically in the Maphanga Section, our primary objective is to reach and uplift disadvantaged individuals and groups within our community. We understand the importance of equipping our residents with essential skills that can pave the way for a brighter future. To this end, we offer a variety of free training programs, including soft skills training, cashier training, call center training, and welding training. Additionally, we provide free counseling and career advice to guide our beneficiaries on the path to personal and professional development.
Our commitment to the community goes beyond education and training. Recognizing the fundamental needs of those we serve, we also provide hot meals to over 200 beneficiaries from Monday to Friday. This initiative ensures that our community members receive the necessary nutrition to maintain their health and well-being, allowing them to focus on improving their lives without the burden of food insecurity. Our dedicated team of volunteers works tirelessly to prepare and serve these meals, fostering a sense of solidarity and support within Katlehong.

OUR MISSION

Adding value and meaning to people’s lives, particularly through the provision of necessities to the destitute in Ekurhuleni. Ekurhuleni, a metropolitan municipality in Gauteng, South Africa, faces significant socioeconomic challenges, with many residents struggling to meet basic needs such as food, shelter, and healthcare. Addressing these needs not only alleviates immediate suffering but also helps to build a stronger, more resilient community.

CNDC- COMMUNITY NUTRITION AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER is a vital lifeline for many families in and around Katlehong with a current database of over two hundred and fifty beneficiaries being fed from Monday and Friday.
